Copyright & Fan Content Policy
This page explains how Solo Interactive Studios ("we," "us," "our") handles intellectual property — both respecting other people's work, and protecting our own.
1. Our Content
All original assets, code, and content on the Service belong to Solo Interactive Studios unless stated otherwise. Where we use assets created by other people, with permission or under license, we credit the original creator wherever that content appears.
2. If You Believe We're Using Your Work Without Permission
Contact us and let us know what the content is and where you found it. We take this seriously and will review it promptly.
3. If We Believe Someone Is Using Our Work Without Permission
Depending on the severity, we'll typically:
- Reach out by email asking the person to take the content down.
- If we get no response, or the request is refused, send a second email about a week later.
- If there's still no response, we may take action against the account involved, including a permanent ban, with no refund unless a separate agreement is reached with us by email.
We use our discretion here — if we notice a minor or low-impact use of our work and aren't concerned about it, we may choose not to pursue it unless it becomes a problem, or we're simply fine with it being used.
4. Fan Content & Submissions
If you submit content to us — fan art, suggestions, or anything else, whether through a prior agreement or another arrangement — and we use it, it becomes our property once used, with credit given to you in whatever form is appropriate for how it's used. If you'd rather agree on specific terms before submitting something, contact us first.
5. Contact
Report a copyright concern, or ask about using our content, via the contact form.
